All the car blogs lately have been speculating on the direction that the Ford Motor Company is going to take in the wake of declining sales and stiff competition. We know that Ford has too much capacity and we know that the company will be closing some key plants and laying off an as yet to be determined number of employees. What hadn’t been clear is which models would be cut from the line up. Now, it appears that Ford will exit the lucrative minivan market. That’s right, Ford apparently will stick with building cars, trucks, and SUVs, and leave the minivan market to the other players. Ever since the Chrysler Corporation invented the minivan market back in the early 1980s with its line of “K-car” derived minivans – the Dodge Caravan, Plymouth Voyager, and the Chrysler Town & Country – Ford has been playing catch up. Indeed, a series of forgettable “star” named minivans were served up by Ford and summarily rejected by consumers: the Aerostar, Windstar, and the Freestar. Later, both Honda and Toyota brought out their own entries and Ford, along with Chevrolet found themselves trailing badly in an overcrowded segment. Indeed, several GM divisions sell minivans, as does Kia and Nissan, making the market especially tight. Should Ford decide to go ahead with plans to ditch the minivan market, it wouldn’t be a complete retreat. For one, many consumers prefer the automaker’s popular Ford Explorer SUV while its all wheel drive Freestyle wagon/crossover competes well too. Finally, another vehicle – the Edge – will soon make its debut and likely pull many minivan customers over. The Edge will be yet another crossover vehicle – somewhat of a SUV/wagon hybrid – and fill the need for consumers. Yes, Ford appears ready to ditch the minivan market. No loss to consumers and probably a smart move for the beleaguered automaker.

Ps2 hardware to be part of ps3 games
PS3 Games are reported to contain a hardware solution that will allegedly allow it to operate on PlayStation 2 games. This is the main tone of the PS3 Games story that was featured in the magazine Ultra One. The magazine said that PS3 Games will most definitely have new features as well as modern technological gaming breakthroughs. Aside from that, however, is the possibility of the console carrying the main components that are found in most PS2 or PlayStation 2 games. This will include Emotion Engine as well as Graphic Synthesizer. Ultra One said that this approach of PS3 Games manufacturer Sony where backward capability is being utilized is not a formal part of the company's long term plans for the console. As a matter of fact, a software solution is currently being developed and will most likely be installed in future alterations or modifications of the latest Sony game. This will then render the hardware of PlayStation 2 basically ineffective. The Ultra One report has yet to be verified. However, if the story turns out to be accurate, then the possible inclusion of the PS2 hardware in the initial batches of PS3 Games that will be introduced in the market some six months away clearly points to one direction: it will tend to raise the total cost of every PS3. This will ultimately lead to greater income losses for manufacturing giant Sony. This is a somewhat contradictory position for Sony to take when one takes into consideration the intense preparation that it is making in its all-out battle for supremacy in the video game industry. This is the logic that must be remembered so that it could place its name back in the growth list category. PS3 Games are set to be launched by middle of November this year. Simultaneous launchings of the console have already been scheduled in three different countries namely, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Japan. Reports say the game will have revolutionary interface systems, which will include the use of Blu-Ray media. This does not mean that the game will not play DVD and CD media because it still will. However, it is highly likely that Sony will make several refinements in the design of both the console and the controller. As a matter of fact, the electronics firm is scheduled to unveil the final design of the PS3 controller at the E3 games convention which is set to be held next week. Initially, one million units of PS3 Games will be manufactured solely for the November launch during which the games will come in black. An additional five million units are expected to be produced by the end of March next year. PS3 Games will reportedly serve as the flagship of Sony in its quest for leadership in the estimated $25 billion video game industry. Apart from the PS3 Games objective, also in the entertainment conglomerate's immediate plans is the domination of the next generation of DVD's as well as the commercial viability of its Cell microchips and possibly, even control over living room electronics all around the world.

Mind twisting stress depression and intelligence
Stress and depression are two of the things in modern life that you have to deal with at one point or another. The former is an everyday thing, one that can stem from something as difficult as social anxiety to something as mundane as tripping over your own shoelaces. The latter, depression, is not quite as easy to develop in the clinical sense, but most people will end up experiencing a point in their lives that comes dangerously close to being depressed. For the most part, these two problems are considered to be threats to one's physical and mental health. However, recent studies show that these two conditions also have nasty side effects on one's intelligence. According to recent findings, it is untrue that the human brain ceases production of neurons and other critical brain cells later on in life. In fact, there are some things that imply that the brain regenerates the aforementioned cells on an as-needed basis, generating more to suit the needs of the individual. This is in direct opposition to long-held medical doctrine that human brain cells do not regenerate after a certain point and instead begin to enter a state of slow decay. However, as recent studies have shown, the more primitive areas of the brain are capable of regenerating lost cells. This has subsequent effects on a wide range of mental functions, including memory, reaction time, and comprehension. Now, what does this have to do with stress and depression, you ask? A whole lot, apparently. The two conditions states above put the more primitive parts of the brain into “survival mode.” Upon entering that state, the brain naturally attempts to minimize anything that could be seen as frivolous or unnecessary, instead focusing all energies on the basics. This not only accounts for the apparent reduction of brain activity during periods where an individual experiences the aforementioned problems, but it also starts to kill the currently existing cells. Basically, the brain cells are slowly dying when subjected to excessive stress and depression, burning out neurons at a faster rate than normal. This would explain why some normally intelligent people seem to be mentally slower and less adept when put under emotional and psychological pressure. Another consequence would be the fact that the two aforementioned disorders can actually prevent the brain from regenerating new cells to replace the old ones. Trophic factors, chemicals that are known to stimulate the brain, are not produced properly when a person undergoes prolonged periods of the above conditions. Studies show that trophic factors are actually the chemicals responsible for telling the brain to regenerate new cells. If the chemicals are cut off or if the flow is disrupted, it can result in a rapid decline in the human brain's ability to repair itself over time. While these findings are still controversial and questionable, it does provide an interesting look into just how the brain works on a physical level. The long-held belief that the brain is incapable of fixing itself once a person reaches adulthood may just be put into question. These findings are still subject to further research, but there are already several avenues being opened by the concept. For example, there are studies now being conducted devoted to finding out whether or not serotonin, a chemical used to combat a variety of mental disorders, has an effect on neuron regeneration.

Minimum Investment and Capital Contribution Schedule Minimum Capital Requirements Chinese foreign investment law sets minimum Registered Capital requirements at 30,000 RMB (about US$ 4,000) for LLCs, which include Joint Ventures and Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprises (in practice, higher amounts are generally needed to secure approval), and minimum Registered Capital is RMB 5,000,000 (about US$600,000) for a Foreign Invested Company Limited by Shares. Note that industry-specific regulations may raise these requirements for certain types of businesses – in the insurance and securities industries, for example, minimum Registered Capital requirements are much higher. Capital Contribution Schedule There is currently a conflict between the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) and the State Administration of Industry & Commerce (SAIC) as to which law is applicable in this area. SAIC’s requirements: 20% of Registered Capital initially; remainder to be paid within 2 years of the establishment date set forth on the FIE’s Business License MOFCOM’s requirements: Either 15% of the total Registered Capital, or an amount equal to the minimum capital requirement (whichever is greater) must be contributed within 90 days of the date that the FIE’s business license is issued. The remainder must be contributed according to the following schedule: Total Registered CapitalFull Payment Deadline Up to US$500,000 1 year from issuance of business license US$500,001 – US$1 million1.5 years from issuance of business license Over US$1 million to US$3 million2 years from issuance of business license Over US$3 million to US$10 million3 years from issuance of business license Over US$10 million Up to examination and approval authority Lump sum payments must be made within 6 months of the issuance of the FIE’s business license. Industry-specific regulations may also modify the above requirements. Both minimum investment and capital contribution schedules are murky areas of Chinese foreign investment law, with regulations that seem to either contradict or supplement each other (no one can agree which), giving the authorities the effective ability to modify these requirements at will. The safest approach, then, would be to comply with industry-specific regulations and then look to the Company Law where these regulations are silent.
A comparison of dish network and cable television
It's a very competitive business world out there, and the situation is not different in the home entertainment sector. At the moment cable television operators are fighting the battle of their lives with their satellite counterparts. What is at stake is a big crown and whoever comes out on top will go home with the hearts and wallets of millions of subscribers. But midway into this war of attrition, all discerning observers knew where the pendulum will swing in the end. And you the reader will also realize this because by the time you are through with this you will be wondering why anyone still maintains subscription with a cable television company. Dish Network is unarguably the biggest satellite TV operator in the U. S, and with its quality service and cutting edge technology, there is no way any cable television firm can compete with it for business, and that is a fact. In terms of value, Dish Network offers far more programming channels and with a low entry price of $20, compared to the $70 charged by cable companies and with far fewer channels to boot. Are you getting the drift now? In reality Dish Network offers hundreds of channels, but the best cable companies can muster is just about a hundred, and for a fact can never provide more than 150. Want to know the implication of this? When you are provided with fewer program channels then your options will be very limited. With Dish Network you can get additional channels like ESPN Gameday, NHL on the Ice, and NBA League Pass. These are packages no cable operator can provide. But what really nailed the coffin of cable satellite television is its limited availability. Anyone that desires cable TV service must be resident in or near a mid sized town. On the contrary Dish Network signals can be received anywhere as long as the satellite dish is aimed at the southern sky. The rather high cost of cable television subscription can be traced to the amount of data that can be sent over a medium, which is technically known as the bandwidth. By nature, the amount of data cables can carry is very limited, but the companies are trying to get over this problem by resorting to the use of higher capacity cables, which unfortunately still fall short of the requirements. Dish Network however transmits its signals using electromagnetic waves which are not constrained by bandwidth problems. This is the reason why operator keeps up with subscribers demand and provides better service than their cable rivals.
How to use magnetic marketing to massively multiply the results of your advertising
It works without fail, every time. It can work with everything you are selling or promoting. It works on the principle of giving before receiving, and of offering more in value than you are getting in cash. Your prospect must perceive an increase for themselves in order to want to interact with you. Magnetic marketing is the technique that does this. Then this same technique is used to convert a prospect to a sale or business partner. What is magnetic marketing? It is a process of attracting leads to you by offering them something of value first. Using ezine classified advertising and solo ads for an example, don’t try to close the deal all at once by attempting to drive your prospect to your website. Instead, start by giving the targeted prospect an offer they can’t refuse. Using my own business ad copy as an example, here is an ad I ran before I had put the magnetic marketing technique together for this business that is an example of NON magnetic marketing: Catch the Buzz - Discover Revolutionary Health and Wealth! As seen on TV Superfood is now yours to use and make $$ with Low cost! No personal sponsoring to make money! No minimum! Weekly Pay, 100% Matching Bonus, 2x7 matrix, Incredible Team Visit and learn more right now: acai-4life Admittedly, the ad copy is not my best, written off the cuff right when I had started with this new company. However this kind of advertising can and does work, don’t get me wrong! The thing is, it is only a trickle of results compared to the massive results you can get by incorporating magnetic marketing into your business model. The main problem with this and so many other ads is: they all really want the prospect to get excited and ‘click here’ without offering anything in return to really motivate them. For about $50 my ad ran and is right now still running to about 6 million ezine subscribers – with an audience that is mostly small business and internet related. I got and am still getting that trickle of results. Now how about transforming it into a magnetic marketing campaign? Take that same $50 and micro-target your audience. Since my company pays quite well with retail sales I could find health-related ezines. Then you can either purchase classified ads or solos. Even with a small subscriber base of two or three thousand, you will get a lot of leads and sales. Your new magnetic marketing will now have ad copy reading something more like this: Did you know Free Radicals Accelerate Aging and Cause Cancer? Discover everything you NEED to know about the massive damage they cause, & the most essential antioxidants needed to fight them. Learn little known secrets of health, anti-aging and disease prevention in this free e-course: vitalhealth@robotreply (If you like, you can subscribe, the email address and series are real). What makes this ad now magnetic is that instead of trying to ‘make the sale’ of even driving your prospect to your website right away, your prospect now has the drive to contact you. In doing this, they become your lead. They want to receive valuable information on a topic that interests them. They are plugged into your autoresponder and at the bottom of each valuable article in the series you send them, you drive them to your website. They now see you as a valuable provider of information and are more inclined to visit your website and do business with you. Magnetic marketing works in any type of business or niche category. Give it a try. Put together some relevant content and make a valuable series for your prospects to subscribe to. Your business provides the solution to someone’s problem. Create a series of informative articles, reports, or ebooks that provides in depth information on the problem and solution. Create an ad that addresses that problem, and propels the prospect to obtain the vital information you will give them for free that is the solution to their problem. Apply this to your marketing campaigns - by offering something of value to your prospects your magnetic marketing will massively multiply your advertising responses, leads and sales.
